I am a total convert to wool duvets, and more specifically to Southdown wool duvets! I was sceptical I'd get used to the feel of it after my fluffy feather duvet, but I was pleasantly surprised by the loft. It does feel a little heavier, but in a way that's actually quite comforting. Most importantly, the claims about wool being better for allergies and for temperature regulation have proven to be true. I have rhinitis, an allergy to dust mites, asthma, and get hot due to a sleep disorder, and I have seen a huge improvement in all these areas. The personal touch from Jessica was also lovely - she is happy to answer any questions and advise; a service that feels particularly special in today's world. This duvet is an investment, but it's one that's well worth making.
