The Ex Demo Box

Our ex demo box contains unused duvets in pristine condition, offered at 20% off the full price.

These are duvets that perhaps have been used as display items at trade shows or in our retail space. However, they also could be where a customer has received a duvet, but found, when opening the package, they ordered the wrong size or weight. While these duvets are unused, we do not put them back into stock, but offer them at a steep discount.

Pre Loved Duvets

Pre loved duvets are the ones that have been returned in keeping with our exchange/refund policies. We normally recycle these duvets although we never burn the bedding.

However, if you are a potential customer who opposes waste and is comfortable with a virtually brand new duvet, we can accommodate you. We can offer a choice of duvets which in pristine, like-new, condition. Contact us for details and what’s currently on offer. However, please be patient since we don’t often get returns. In fact, it is a rare occurrence.
